Miram Consulting’s founder and Managing Director, Paul Blunden, advises the owners and boards of a number of small businesses. He provides advice about strategy, performance, market entry, proposition development, operations and planning. Whilst his core skills are built on his more than two decades of sales and marketing experience, he has run his own services business for nearly ten years and advises on a broad range of SME challenges.

During his time at the helm of Foviance Paul acted as Company Secretary and was directly involved in fund-raising, MBO and M&A activities. The Boards he has been part of have included entrepreneurial leaders, angel investors, institutional investors and non-Executive Chairs. This experience has also led Paul to be involved in advising Boards about the role and value of Non-Executive advisors.

Market Entry

Entering new markets is time-consuming and challenging. It presents organisations with a unique set of challenges that include budgeting, languages, culture, and experience. All to often market entry projects are either outsourced to agencies that assign juShanghai skylinenior staff or offered internally to subject matter experts that lack the commercial acumen to react to the complex business development environment.

Miram Consulting delivers market entry projects to our clients by leading them from the top of our organisation. Our Managing Director, Paul Blunden, will take personal responsibility for the market entry project, will create the plan, execute the majority of the tasks personally and manage the additional resources assigned. We are currently involved in market entry assignments into China and the US, and for an offshore company into the UK.
